Responsibilities

As the Lead UX Designer at Argentex, I was responsible for designing new core features for their foreign exchange platform, focusing on improving usability and streamlining client workflows. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I aimed to understand user needs and deliver intuitive, impactful solutions tailored to Argentex’s diverse client base, from businesses to high-net-worth individuals.

Through user research and data-driven insights, I developed experiences that simplified complex FX processes, reinforced Argentex’s commitment to transparency, and aligned with the brand’s high standards for efficiency and security.
